Scope

This policy applies to the CakhiaTV website, account system, community features, AI and data insights, notifications, and related operational services. Different features may process different categories of data.

When a feature is provided by a third party or redirects you to a third-party page, that party may process data under its own policy. In those cases, you should also review the third party privacy notice.

If you are under 13 years old, please use the service with permission and guidance from a parent or guardian. Where guardian authorization is legally required, we will apply additional measures in relevant cases.

If we discover that we collected a child personal information without appropriate guardian consent where required, we will verify the situation and delete or stop processing that data as soon as reasonably possible.
