Delete Account
This public page is provided for Google Play compliance and explains how to request deletion of a CakhiaTV account, including what data is deleted or retained.
If you want to delete your CakhiaTV account, please sign in with the registered account first and submit a deletion request using the steps below. We may verify identity before completing deletion for account security reasons.
How to request account deletion
- Sign in to the account
Sign in to the CakhiaTV app or website with the email account you want to delete so we can match the request to the correct account.
- Submit the request through Feedback
Go to “Account Center > Feedback”, then write “Delete my account” in the title or message and include the current account email plus any necessary details.
- Wait for identity verification
Our support or operations team may verify that the request was submitted by the account owner through in-app messages, the linked email, or another security check.
- Processing and completion
After verification is complete, we usually finish the deletion process within 7 business days and disable further sign-in and core service access for that account.
Data that will be deleted
- Account profile data, such as nickname, avatar, base profile details, linked preferences, and some personalization settings.
- Login tokens, sessions, alert subscriptions, and access rights directly tied to the account.
- Some community posts, feedback records, and interaction data may be deleted or anonymized/de-identified where business or legal needs apply.
- Alert preferences, follows, blocks, and other personalized settings directly linked to the account.
Data that may be retained and for how long
Because of legal, financial, security, and abuse-prevention obligations, the following data may not be removed immediately when the request is approved:
- Secure backup copies may remain in isolated systems for up to 30 days before they are automatically purged or overwritten.
- Records related to points redemption, withdrawals, orders, refunds, or other financial events may be retained longer where required for law, accounting, or audit purposes.
- Device logs, access logs, and verification records used for fraud prevention, abuse control, and security audits may be retained for the necessary compliance and security period.
Additional notes
- Account deletion is generally irreversible. After deletion is completed, historical records, points, subscriptions, and community relationships may no longer be recoverable.
- If the account has unresolved appeals, withdrawals, refunds, or other pending matters, final deletion may be completed after those matters are handled.
- If you cannot sign in temporarily, recover access first through the password reset flow and then submit the deletion request so we can confirm ownership.
